One of my aims, when returning to Sydney was to start going on photo walks with friends. And last night it finally happened. Andrew and I drove to Milson's Point, next to Luna Park to take some shots.
It was pretty quiet. Luna Park was open, but we're unsure if the rides actually work or they just use it as a function centre.
We had brunch at Billswith Soojin, Henry and Erica. It wasn't too bad. I'll leave the commentary to Martina. Though I didn't take any pictures of the food. The photo taking came afterwards, in the Queen Victoria Building (QVB).
All pictures today were taken with the M.Zuiko 14-42mm f/3.5-5.6 II R lens, except otherwise stated.
Since Martina hasn't seen the Sydney NYE fireworks display first hand, we decided to do exactly that. My friend Lenny (oldest brother's high school friend), camped out at McMahon's Pt Ferry Terminal with his brother, tent and tarpaulin from the 29th of Dec to ensure a good vantage point.
This website is a long time coming. From late March, I travelled around Asia for 6 months. Before setting off, the thought of a travel blog crossed my girlfriend and my mind's. At the time, it seemed too tedious to bother. Alas, 9 months later here I am, sharing our photos and their stories.
We begin with the 28th of December, 2014. Simply because the pictures are ready and I am eager to begin posting. Back dated posts are to come, however slowly that may be.
